The "+1" button will be exist instead of "like" button at Facebook case. So, in this way Google inforce users to use it. @Mahdy,

It's not the same as facebook or twitter, where you actually read content as recommended by friends and contacts while you are in the mode of reading random posts and thoughts. That's how the 'email to a friend' concept doesn't work so well. I'm guessing Google will certainly have that factor covered somehow.
